1. General information

  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • handling inquiries submitted through the contact form,
    • presenting the offer and information about the project / activities.
  6. The website performs functions for obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    • through data entered voluntarily in forms, which is then entered into the Operator’s systems,
    • by storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.

2. Selected data protection methods applied by the Operator

  1. The places where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. In order to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, digits, and special characters, no shorter than 8 characters.
  4. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.
  5. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.

3. Hosting

  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s server.
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • he time the request arrived,
    • the time the response was sent,
    • the client station name – identified via the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – where access to the website occurred via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through the registration tools on the website,
    • information related to the handling of e-mail correspondence addressed to and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients where this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to operate the website,
    • entities providing hosting and technical support services to the Controller,
    • postal operators,
    • public authorities – solely to the extent required by law.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to carry out the activities associated with it, as set out in separate regulations (e.g. on bookkeeping). With regard to data processed for marketing purposes, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to personal data concerning you,
    • its rectification,
    • its erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests, including profiling, except that the right to object may not be exercised where there are valid legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use certain functions of the website (e.g. the contact form).
  7. You are not subject to actions consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under a concluded contract or for the purpose of the Controller’s direct marketing.
  8. Some personal data may be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) in connection with the use of tools provided by suppliers based in the USA.

5. Information in forms

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, where such data is provided.
  2. The website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may record information that makes it easier to link the data in a form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose arising from the function of the specific form, e.g. to handle a service request or a business inquiry, to register services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

6. Administrator logs

  1. Information about users’ behavior on the website may be logged. This data is used to administer the website.

7. Relevant marketing techniques

  1. The Operator carries out statistical analysis of website traffic using Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user may view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

8. Information about cookies

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored on the end device of the website User and are intended for use with the website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the website User and accessing them is the website Operator.
  4. Cookies are used to achieve the purposes specified above in the “Relevant marketing techniques” section.
  5. Within the website, two basic types of cookies are used: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
